As a reflexologist I treat clients holistically, supporting the person as a whole. Clients may have multiple conditions and be experiencing a variety of life's changes.
As a mum and a grandparent, I can empathise with new mums and dads as they experience the joy and challenges of caring for a new baby.
The article linked below is perhaps a surprising topic in comparison with those usually associated with reflexology, but it appealed to me as quite a lovely example of just how holistic reflexology can be.
The extract of the featured research study concluded: “The results indicate that reflexology is effective on the volume of milk of mothers, and this low-cost and easy procedure can be used along with regular lactation training.”
