There are a number of common causes of headaches, including: stress, dehydration, bad posture, hormone related (periods and menopause), drinking too much alcohol, eyesight problems and taking too many painkillers.

Foot reflexology works with reflex points on both sides of the feet and around the ankles; the sole of the foot is the plantar side and the opposite upper surface over the arch of the foot is the dorsal side.
